The effect of softness, adding-fat, sedation & flexibility on human skin owned by lanolin is most suitable to be fundamental raw material for cosmetics. It is also used as moulding agent in foodstuff industry and as base raw material of ointment in pharmaceutical industry. 1. Constituent
lanolin with very complex ingredient comprises 90% high-grade ceryl alcohol ester & high-grade fatty acid ester, 4~5% free ceryl alcohol, 1% free acid and less than 1% carbohydrate. Of the ingredient, the main ester is not the simple ester substance but the compound esters composed in many formats by cholesterol, lanosterol, cerotic acid, palmitic acid & lignoceric acid, etc.
2. Characteristics
(1) After being deodorized and eliminating impurity, refined lanolin nearly becomes little smell product;
(2) Using raw material with good color & luster, and have it adsorbed & deodorized, we produce little smell wax with stable color, luster & quality;
(3) Selecting superior raw material strictly, treated by peracids before being adsorbed & deodorized, the quality, color & luster of finished product is more stable & more ideal;
(4) Extracting liquid proportion existing in lanolin, increasing its luminosity by using special adsorbent, have it deodorized, then produce the product;
